Sthetics is operated by Primethetics Technologies Ltda, CNPJ 67.572.055/0001-47, headquartered at Rua 1822, 400, Sala 902, Centro, Balneário Camboriú, SC, CEP 88.330-484, Brazil.

By ticking the acceptance box and creating your account, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 16 years old. If you are 16 or 17, you need permission from whoever is responsible for you, and the app works with the restrictions described in the Privacy Policy. From 18 on, the app is complete.

Sthetics records and tracks training, running, daily steps (on iPhone), nutrition, habits, measurements and reading, and gives that back as history, plans and indicators.

The app evolves constantly. Features can change, be removed or fail. We do our best not to lose your data, but use good judgment with anything critical. We promise no results: what you achieve depends on you.

Your account is personal. You are responsible for what you record in it and for keeping your access safe. Do not use the app for illegal activity, to harass other people, or to try to access data that is not yours.

The workouts, diets, habits, photos and text you create are yours. You give us permission to store and process that content only to make the app work.

Content you share by code can be saved by whoever receives the code. Once saved, the copy belongs to the person who saved it.

Sthetics works by subscription, as a single plan in three durations: monthly, six-month and annual. The first 7 days are free, require a payment method registered in the store before starting, and turn into a charge for the chosen plan if you do not cancel before the free period ends. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period.

The purchase is made through your device store, App Store or Google Play, which is the seller. The price shown is what the store displays and may vary by region. Cancellation is done in your store account settings, not inside the app. Refunds are handled directly with Apple or Google.

If the subscription price goes up, the store notifies you before the date the new price takes effect. Depending on the store and the size of the increase, it asks for your agreement, and the subscription does not renew at the new price if you do not agree. You can cancel at any time before the renewal.

Cancelling the subscription does not delete your account. Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription in the store: do both if that is your intention. Account deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

You can close your account whenever you want, in Profile, Account.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When that happens by our decision, we tell you the reason, unless telling would compromise a security investigation.

In either case, an active subscription continues until the end of the paid period and the cancellation is done by you in the store.

Training plans, calorie estimates and everything the app calculates, including what is generated by artificial intelligence, are suggestions, not medical advice. Sthetics does not replace a health professional.

Talk to a professional before changing your exercise or eating routine, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are under 18.

If you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort during a workout or a run, stop.

The app, the Sthetics name, the brand, the screen designs, the texts, the exercise library and the training programs are ours. You can use all of it inside the app, and you may not copy, resell or redistribute it outside.

Sthetics is offered as is. We are not liable for losses arising from misuse, from decisions you make based on the app's estimates, or from failures of third-party services the app depends on. Our liability, when it exists, is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law.

When these terms change, the app shows what changed the next time you open it and asks you to accept again before continuing. The date at the end of the text always says which version is live.
